The Supreme Court on Tuesday adjourned the hearing on the anticipatory bail petition filed by former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister and Telugu Desam Party (TDP) leader Chandrababu Naidu in the FiberNet case. A bench of Justices Aniruddh Bose and Bela Trivedi adjourned the hearing to January 17. The bench also directed both Naidu and the Andhra Pradesh government to refrain from making any comments on the case. Senior counsel Siddharth Luthra appeared for Naidu. The Supreme Court is set to deliver its verdict on a petition filed by Naidu seeking to quash an FIR registered against him in the Skill Development case.
